[Delay Time from Top Driver] allows you to see how each driver's lap pace was compared to the top driver's them. For example, if each driver's value is upward, it means that they are recording faster laps than the top driver, and conversely, if it is downward, it means that they are recording slower laps. By looking at this in detail, you can see which driver was aiming to undercut when pitting or overcut after pitting.

[Delay Time from One Driver] Plotting the time delay against a particular driver makes the relationship easier to see.
